VOTER GUIDE ALERT:

You shouldn’t have to ask voters to REITERATE that government officials have to follow the rules, but St. Louis County is doing just that.

Here’s the overview of the four ballot proposals STLCO voters will decide on Tuesday – including one that, if passed, would add consequences to any county executive (looking at you, Sam Page!) who violates the County Charter.

County Councilman Mark Harder and I had this discussion about Props A-D on @newstalkstl this morning. Remember, Prop C is a tax increase on your online purchases.
