White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre would not say if President Joe Biden is considering a pardon for former President Donald Trump, “similar to [former President Gerald] Ford’s pardon of [former President Richard] Nixon.”
The White House has repeatedly declined to comment on Trump’s indictment in Manhattan and his Tuesday arraignment, yet Jean-Pierre still faced a number of questions on the topic at Tuesday’s White House press briefing.
