Director of Litigation for Southeastern Legal Foundation Braden Boucek joins the show to discuss his foundation filing a lawsuit against the MO school board association for policies that unconstitutionally silence parents.
Boucek said many of these parents woke up about what was going on in their kid’s schools, but they weren’t the only ones waking up. He says we have a who/whom question, meaning: who works for whom? We’ve been missing the mark for the longest time on school boards working for the parents and kids, not the other way around.
