Jason Merrill from Spire: ‘Even with the email sent, we do feel like FERC will greenlight through the rest of winter’

Director of Communications at Spire St. Louis Jason Merrill called into The Tim Jones and Chris Arps Show to explain the email that went out last week informing customers of Spire that their gas might be turned off because of a shutdown happening at Spire by December 13th.

Merrill seemed calm, cool, and collected when discussing that he and his colleagues are very sure the shutdown will not happen and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission will greenlight the Spire STL pipeline to continue through the winter season.
