Dr. Randy Tobler, host of the Randy Tobler Show on Saturday mornings and CEO of Scotland County Hospital, appeared on Fox and Friends First, CNN, and Neil Cavuto to discuss the possibility of losing more healthcare workers if they are given an ultimatum with the vaccine mandates.
Pushing the vaccine mandates may cause a greater shortage in workers, and the workers that were considered essential throughout the pandemic and have continued to work overtime to this day are worn out and exhausted.
Dr. Tobler explained what he is observing at Scotland County Hospital and the conversations he is having in the medical community.
