Andrew Bailey, the Attorney General for Missouri, joined several NewsTalkSTL shows to give an update on demanding that St. Louis Sheriff Alfred Montgomery resign immediately.
Attorney General Bailey said that the Sheriff has been repeatedly accused of financial mismanagement, workplace misconduct, and abuse of authority.
Andrew Bailey also said Sheriff Montgomery must either resign by noon on Wednesday, June 25th, or face removal proceedings.
